In Gods Hands

The statements "God has his reasons for doing things" or " everything happens for a reason," have never been more true for our family than now. Even though we can't understand why the Lord does certain things, we have to try and except them. On Friday we found out that the second child we were expecting didn't have a heart beat. I miscarried about two weeks ago and didn't even know it. Monday I have a D&C. I have a wonderful doctor that helped us understand that it wasn't anything that I did as a Mother, which is very comforting.
It's very hard to grasp why these things happen and grieving is such an understatement. We are so very blessed with Maddie and know that our family will grow someday. All of your thoughts and prayers are so appreciated. We are just so blessed to have you all in our lives.

We are here for you guys if you need us (as always). Thank God for Madilyn...couldn't ask for a better egg than her! Baby Hosford is resting in Grandma Hosford's arms as we speak...even in her death she is still putting us all first. Love you three.

We trust in Him who never gives us more than we can handle knowing that His plan is better than our own. Prayers for you three and comfort knowing that you will meet your angel someday. God Bless. Lauren I know that this is not an easy time for you and Tom. And from our personal expirience I know that no one can say the right thing. When we had our miscarriage my doctor told me that our baby was an angel and would be waiting for us to someday hold him or her, it was comforting to know that our baby was already in the most awesome place, God's arms, and would be waiting there for us! You will be in our prayers.

Tom and Lauren, So so sorry to hear about your loss. There is really nothing anyone can say to take your pain and grief away, but please know we are praying that God will comfort and give you peace during this painful sad time. And when God's timing is right, you will again conceive another precious little Hosford. I am sure having Maddie will provide you with much "distraction" in the meantime as you allow time for healing and plan for the future. God bless and comfort you all. Wendy C.
